ECO Funding
Energy Company Obligation (ECO) funding is regulated by Ofgem and provided via utility companies in the UK. The scheme enables those in vulnerable groups and in fuel poverty to install energy efficiency measures, improve their living conditions and save money on fuel bills.
Q. Who is eligible?
A. Anyone in the house
If you, or anybody living with you, is in receipt of an eligible benefit, then you are likely to qualify for the scheme. As long as you have the homeowners permission then we can assess the property to see what can be improved.
If you live in a rented property, there are certain limitations. Call us on 0141 810 1447.

The latest phase of funding is ECO4. Some previously eligible benefits are now not included, but have been moved to Universal Credit.

If you don't qualify for ECO funding under the eligible benefits, you may still qualify through a scheme called Local Authority Flex Funding (LA Flex). To find out more, call us on 0141 810 1447 and we'll let you know if we can help you.
Alternatively, if you don't qualify for either scheme but still want help to improve your energy bills, you can access a government endorsed interest free loan with a grant of up to £7500! Find out more here.
